Generations @ Work
Scott Fox
Today, many organizations are finding four different generations interacting in the workplace.
These four different generations (Traditionals, Baby Boomers, Gen-Xers and Millennials) each bring their own unique and sometimes differing perspectives, values and communication styles to the workday experience.
Join us for a discussion of generations and workplace communication. Explore strategies for understanding and effectively managing the different generations.
In this presentation we will:
- Define the four generations and their characteristics.
- Discuss the workplace needs of the each of the generations.
- Propose ideas to build a more effective workplace.
- Take a closer look at the Millennial generation and discuss coaching and retention strategies.
